TinyEYE: President Obama

Speech Therapy Telepractice

Hi Everyone,

I am so inspired and touched by the message in the following video, particularly starting at 1:47 into the video when President Obama says:

“One voice can change a room
And if one voice can change a room – then it can change a city
And if it can change a city – it can change a state
And if it can change a state – it can change a nation
And if it can change a nation – it can change the world
Your voice can change the world.” ~Barack Obama

As I have said before, I know the value of speech therapy and how speech-language pathologists can give children a better tomorrow than they had yesterday. As an advocate for quality telepractice, I am using my voice to say that denying or withdrawing services to children who may receive support via telepractice is unacceptable.

I am humbled to have a meeting in a few hours at a legislative building where I will be talking about the value of therapy services, the amazement of telepractice, the barriers to helping, and our paramount inspiration…the children who are in need of speech and language support.

My name is Marnee Brick and I am changing the world for children in need of speech therapy services.

If a school district in your area needs Speech-Language Pathologists, please let me know by email as we at TinyEYE can help!
